How do we get started?
Where are you based and how do we communicate?
We’re based in Sri Lanka and work remotely with international clients. We communicate via email, Slack, or whatever tool works best for you and we’re flexible with time zones.
We keep things transparent and consistent. You’ll receive regular updates at every key milestone, and we’re always reachable during agreed working hours.
What industries do you work with?

Do you handle both design and development?
For websites we handle both design and development end to end.
For mobile apps and other softwares, we work with a network of reliable partners we can connect you with to make sure your project is in good hands from start to finish.

How long does a typical project take?
It depends on the scope. A landing page can be delivered in as little as a week, while a full brand identity or web application may take 3–6 weeks. We’ll always give you a realistic timeline before we start so there are no surprises.

How much do your services cost?
Pricing varies based on the scope and complexity of your project. What stays consistent is that you’ll get premium quality at rates significantly more competitive than local agencies in your market.

We primarily work on a per-project basis, which gives you cost certainty from the start. For ongoing or retainer work, we offer monthly packages tailored to your needs.

What happens if the project scope changes mid-way?
We handle scope changes through a simple change request process. Any additions or changes outside the original scope will be discussed and agreed upon before additional work begins, so you’re always in control.
Can I get a refund if I'm not satisfied with the work?
We work closely with you throughout the project to make sure we’re always aligned. If something isn’t right, we’ll revise it. Refunds are assessed on a case by case basis and outlined in your project agreement.
Do you hand over source files?

What file formats do you deliver for design projects?
We deliver in all standard formats including Figma files, PDF, PNG, SVG, and any other format your team needs. Just let us know and we’ll make sure everything is handed off properly.
Will I get project handover documentation?

Who holds the intellectual property?
Once the project is complete and payment is settled, full ownership of the work transfers to you. We retain no rights to use or repurpose your project without your permission.
